Our Story

The mission

Future Routes CIC was founded with a simple belief: every child and young person deserves access to an education where they feel understood, valued, and able to thrive.

Based in Bletchingley, Surrey, we provide specialist tutoring and therapeutic educational support for children and young people, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Our approach combines high-quality teaching with a nurturing, relationship-led environment, helping learners build confidence, resilience, and a love of learning.

Since launching in the community during the last academic year, we have supported local families by creating personalised pathways that recognise each learner's unique strengths and needs. As we continue to grow, our mission remains the same - to make education accessible to everyone and ensure that every learner has the opportunity to reach their potential.

Future Routes is led by two passionate education professionals. Aimie Davies, a qualified teacher (QTS) with a Master's in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), brings extensive expertise in inclusive education and personalised learning. Charlotte Lynch, our Therapeutic Lead and Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), brings a wealth of experience in nurturing emotional wellbeing and creating safe, supportive environments where children can flourish.

Together, we are building a community where education is flexible, compassionate, and truly centred around the individual.

Qualified Teacher & SEND Specialist with mainstream and specialist placement experience and a Masters in SEND. Aimie brings extensive expertise in inclusive education and personalised learning pathways.
