A message from the directors

Welcome to Future Routes CIC,

At Future Routes, we believe that every child and young person deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and flourish in an environment where they feel safe, understood, and valued.

Based in Bletchingley, Surrey, we provide specialist tutoring and therapeutic educational support for children and young people, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Through a personalised, relationship-led approach, we combine high-quality teaching with therapeutic principles to help every learner develop confidence, resilience, and a love of learning.

We believe that families are the experts in their children. By working in partnership with parents and carers, we create individual learning experiences that celebrate each child's strengths, nurture their wellbeing, and support meaningful progress at their own pace.

Together, we're building a community where education is accessible, compassionate, and tailored to every learner's unique journey.

With warm wishes,

Our Community Impact

“After starting at Future Routes in late 2025, my son successfully navigated his GCSE exams this year. Aimie and Charlotte demonstrate incredible professionalism and clear communication. They identify specific learning gaps for every student, tailoring each session to meet their unique needs. The high level of preparation makes it exceptional value, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to any family.”

Parent review - 2026

"My daughter was keen to improve her study methods as well as her understanding of the course content and Aimie and Charlotte have been fantastic in supporting her with this. From the outset, they took the time to ask questions about what support she - and the other students needed, and they tailored their sessions accordingly. The sessions are engaging and well structured, and the children gain a great deal from them whilst also enjoying the experience"

Parent review - 2026

"Following a period of absence from school, my sons first set of mocks were not as strong as we'd hoped, resulting in a grade 2 in English. The summer mocks have just come back and he successfully achieved a grade 5. He's moved from 2's and 3's from the last set of mocks to 4's and 5's across the board. This puts him in a great position starting year 11 in September!"
